NEW CONSTRUCTION
If you are embarking on a new construction project, we work in close collaboration with Architects, Building Designers and Drafters to ensure a seamless integration of our interior design service, ensuring no overlap with your other engaged professional services. Our Standard Interior Design Process

Define the clients overall design brief, objectives, budget and project requirements.

Initial design concept presentation consisting of mood boards, computer generated 3D sketches, preliminary floor plans and physical material samples.

A progression into design elevations, joinery details, interior finishes, fittings, fixtures and feature lighting. Now you are able to receive costing estimates from your appointed trades and any adjustments can be made to suit budget restraints.

Approved ideas are finalised and detailed, 3D renders are created and shop drawings are checked. Documentation is made ready to hand over to the construction team.
